🍻 SOCIAL NIGHT — LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER 🤿🫧

Because trusting someone underwater without really knowing them is kinda wild when you think about it. 😂

So let’s change that.

Come grab a drink, meet like-minded ocean people, get to know your fellow divers and maybe find your next dive buddy along the way. 🫶🌊

Whether you’ve joined us for heaps of dives or haven’t made it to one yet — everyone’s welcome.

We want this club to be more than just showing up for a dive. We want to build a community, connect, make friends, share ideas and hear what you actually want to do next — dive sites, trips, adventures, bucket-list dives… all of it. 👀

More big news coming out of DOUTS. The club is now running Open Water, Advanced and Rescue courses starting immediately. The month of August has already been sold out however we have slots for all these courses available for September. If you are interested please reach out. For members we are offering very significant discounts for all courses. 🔥🔥

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT!!🔥🔥
DOUTS Welcome Dive 2026 9th August, 9:30am.
We will be kicking off a new season with a Shelly Beach dive this weekend. Shelly Beach is a relaxed easy dive perfect for beginner divers but also packed with loads of life. All members are welcome to come along to enjoy a dive and BBQ (free).
This is a perfect chance to meet fellow divers, coordinate and suggest future UTS dive trips and enjoy the clear conditions.

Our O'Day stall has never looked better.

What: Underwater Navigation skills workshop 🤿
When: Thursday 14th May 6 pm
Where: The Loft, UTS
Who: Everyone (members and non-members are all welcome)
Why: Cause fun 😁

Introducing DOUTS' first underwater skills workshop. Next Thursday we'll be meeting at the Loft for a workshop on Underwater Navigation. One of our scuba instructors will be giving a presentation on underwater navigation (topics including natural navigation and compass navigation). They'll also be doing some dry demonstrations and helping some people polish their navigation skills as well. We'll also be sharing some photos from our recent dives and discuss our upcoming courses and dive trips.

This Saturday morning the club is organising a dive at Kurnell (The steps).

We're taking our boat, Take V, out on Monday for a double boat dive at Long Reef. Hopefully we'll see some sharks.
