🌿 Noah’s Day, His Way

A day filled with activities that reflect Noah’s interests, choices, and everyday experiences.

From creative play and a walk outdoors to choosing ingredients and baking something of his own, Noah had the opportunity to enjoy his day in a way that was meaningful to him.

At Eben Care, we support participants to build meaningful routines around their individual interests and goals. Through Social & Community Participation, everyday experiences can become opportunities to make choices, develop practical skills, build confidence, and experience greater independence.

Because meaningful support is not about making every day the same — it’s about helping each person create a life that feels like their own.

🎨 Creative Journeys 2026 | Exhibition 2

Art becomes meaningful when it has a place in the community.

For Phoenix Brown and Isabella Li, this exhibition is more than an opportunity to display their artworks. It is a step toward sharing their ideas, creativity, and individual artistic voices beyond the centre and into a public space.

From preparing and arranging their own exhibition to seeing their work displayed at Concord Library, participants are actively involved in the process of bringing their creative work into the wider community.

Through structured art education and NDIS-supported capacity building, our artists continue to develop not only their artistic techniques, but also confidence, independence, decision-making, communication, and a stronger sense of belonging.

At Eben Inclusive Arts Academy, we believe creative development is not limited to the classroom. We create opportunities for participants to take their skills into the community, have their work seen, and experience themselves as active contributors to the world around them.

This is what growing through art can look like — creating, contributing, and finding a place in the community.

🌿 Moving Beyond the Centre

At Eben Care, we believe meaningful learning and development can happen both inside and outside the centre.

Our physical and outdoor activities provide opportunities for participants to stay active, explore new environments, build social connections, and experience the wider community.

By stepping outside familiar spaces, participants are encouraged to discover, engage, and develop confidence through real-world experiences.

As a registered NDIS provider, Eben Care is committed to creating meaningful opportunities that support wellbeing, independence, confidence, and active community participation.

☕ Hannah's Barista Development

Hannah continued her barista training through hands-on coffee preparation, focusing on responding to customer orders and developing greater consistency in beverage preparation.

Throughout the session, Hannah approached each order with patience and attention to detail. While she took additional time to complete each drink, she remained calm and maintained a high level of concentration, successfully preparing each coffee without errors.

The session also provided an opportunity to further develop her milk-steaming technique and build familiarity with receiving and applying feedback during practical training. With continued practice and supportive guidance, Hannah is working towards greater consistency and confidence in her barista skills.

Following her coffee training, Hannah enjoyed a colouring activity independently, providing a relaxed transition after a focused morning of workplace learning.

At Eben Care, vocational training provides participants with opportunities to develop practical skills through repetition, hands-on experience, and individualised support, helping them progress at their own pace towards meaningful workplace participation.
