Last week RehabENG co-hosted the UNSW Biomedical Engineering Careers Networking night, with UNSW Bionic Heart and UNSW Biomedical Engineering Students’ Society! It was a fansatic night with over 150 student attendees, and nearly 50 representatives from 17 leading companies and organisations across MedTech, biotechnology, healthcare innovation, research, and manufacturing.
The evening was filled with insightful conversations, valuable networking, and the opportunity for students to learn firsthand from professionals across the biomedical engineering industry. It was fantastic to see so many students taking the initiative to ask questions, explore different career pathways, and make meaningful connections.
A huge thank you to all of our industry guests for sharing your expertise, experiences, and advice, as well as to everyone who attended and contributed to such an engaging and successful event. We hope everyone left feeling inspired and excited about the opportunities ahead!
