High-quality pressure welding depends on experience—but realistic training opportunities can be hard to access.

That's why Weld Australia, together with Delta Electricity and UGL, developed the Pressure Welder Training Simulator. Designed to replicate the conditions inside a power station boiler, it provides a practical environment for apprentice training, welder certification and skills refreshers before major outages.

Built inside a transportable shipping container, the simulator can be taken to sites around Australia, making specialist pressure welding training more accessible where it's needed most.
