Calling all high school teens who are deaf or have hearing loss. Are you looking for fun, supportive weekend activities where you can connect with teens who share similar experiences? 🌟

The 2026 Life Goals and Skills Metro Program in Sydney and Brisbane is back. It is a space where you can hang out with other teens who get it, try fun activities, build life skills, and make new friendships along the way. Whether you want to meet new people, grow your confidence, or just have a great time, this is for you. πŸ™Œ

What to expect
β€’ A space where deafness is removed as a point of difference
β€’ Mentors who have walked a similar path and are here to support you
β€’ Fun sessions across six Sundays from May to October
β€’ A supportive crew cheering you on at every step

We’re so proud of past Hear For You participant, Samira Cox, who continues to go from strength to strength.πŸ‘

Now an ambassador for Bus Stop Employment, Samira is helping champion a more inclusive screen and media industry. 🌟

Since joining the Bus Stop Films community in 2023, she’s worked on a range of exciting projects, including the cervical cancer campaign Screen Me, Bus Stop’s Inclusion in Action series, and Heartbreak High Season 3 with Netflix.

Alongside this, Samira continues to grow as a writer, editor, filmmaker, para athlete and advocate.

We’re so proud of everything Samira is achieving and can’t wait to see what she does next. 🀩
