Announcing the new owner of Women in Strata…

Elaine Fin

I’m absolutely thrilled to share that Elaine Fin, Managing Director of BPS Strata Maintenance, is the new owner of Women in Strata.

Elaine has been part of the Women in Strata journey since the very beginning, as a member of our inaugural Steering Committee in 2015. Since then, she has been one of our most passionate advocates and generous supporters. Her belief in the mission of WiS has helped shape our community from the start.

More recently, Elaine rejoined the Steering Committee in 2024 and took the lead in organising our events, bringing her contagious energy, creativity, and impeccable ex*****on to everything she does.

Many of you will know Elaine well as the Managing Director of BPS, a respected Strata and Insurance Repair company solely servicing the strata industry across NSW and the ACT for the past 48 years.

This year, Elaine celebrates 25 years in the strata industry.

Elaine’s leadership and commitment to supporting women and the broader strata sector make her the perfect steward for the next phase of the Women in Strata legacy.

I couldn’t be more confident that Elaine is exactly the right person to lead Women in Strata: with purpose, heart, and an unwavering commitment to supporting women in our industry.
