It’s that time of the year again – our Annual General Meeting 2024 is just around the corner 🎉, and we’re excited to elect a fresh board of executives for SUBSA!!!
Join us at the ISL Iglu Space on the 15th of April 2024, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, to be a part of the election process.
Whether you’re casting your vote for your favorite execs or considering running for a position yourself, this is your chance to have your say 😁😁😁
Here’s what’s on the agenda for the Annual General Meeting:
1. Opening and Welcome
2. Apologies and Leaves of Absence
3. Minutes of the Previous Meeting & Business Arising from the Minutes
4. Annual Reports: i) President’s report ii) Treasurer’s report
5. Appointment of Returning Officer
6. Election of Executives:
• President
• Vice-President-External
• Vice President-Internal
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Cultural Officer
• Sports Coordinator
• Student Relations Officer
• Sponsorship Officer
• Web and Multimedia Officer
• Event Planner
• Event Logistics Officer (x2)
7. General Business including Nomination of Bank Signatories
8. Date of the next meeting
9. Close of meeting
Please note, to be eligible to vote, you must be a current member of SUBSA by the 10th of April, 2024. If you’re running for a position, be prepared to provide a brief introduction of yourself and explain why you’re interested in the role.
