Today is Aged Care Employee Day, and at Your Aged Care at Home we are celebrating the people who are the heart of everything we do.

To our support workers, out in homes across Sydney and beyond, bringing care, patience and a familiar face to the older people who count on you. To our care partners and coordinators, holding every client's story. To our rostering, administration, finance and quality teams, the engine room behind every single service.

Thank you. Every one of you contributes to the wellbeing, dignity and independence of the older Australians we serve, and you do it with compassion, flexibility and teamwork, every single day.

From all of us, and from every client and family whose life you make better: thanks for caring. 💚

On the 28th of April, World Occupational Health & Safety Day, Your Aged Care at Home held its annual Staff Training Day, bringing our team together for certified Manual Handling training and a full afternoon of compliance, IPC (infection, prevention and control) and safety education.
A huge shoutout to AusRehab for delivering our Manual Handling certification and to MY Physio Services for their ongoing training in Falls Prevention with our team.
Coincidence? We think not. Proud of our team for walking the talk. 💪

What a busy year 2025 has turned out to be!

Never would I have imagined pulling off two Christmas parties, a charity drive and an Aged Care Reform in a matter of weeks!

This month we got to take a short break in the madness to enjoy some good company and good food with our clients, carers, employees and their families.

At Your Aged Care at Home, we have a philosophy of supporting our local communities with the resources we have available, and this year we are honoured to be able to continue to support those less fortunate.

Your Aged Care at Home is grateful to its charity partners Good360 Australia and Share the Dignity for providing invaluable goods and supplies that will go to many vulnerable families this Christmas who don't have the means to access basic goods and services, let alone provide toys and gifts to the kids.
