We are pleased to invite you to the Inaugural General Meeting of the USYD Sikh Society. This marks a significant step in establishing a vibrant and inclusive Sikh community on campus.

A logo with meaning, a society with purpose. 🔥

Our logo combines the Khanda, the symbol of the Sikh Panth (community), and the lion, representing courage and the USyd mascot, Simba the Lion.

The Khanda symbolises the commitment and responsibility of the Sikh Panth to its principles of truth, courage and humility while striving for a balanced life that honours both worldly and spiritual commitments

New Year, New Beginnings! ✨

As the Sikh New Year begins, we are proud to relaunch the USYD Sikh Society – a space dedicated to faith, seva, and community, open to all.

March 14 marks Chet 1, the first day of Nanakshahi Year 557, and the Gurgaddi Divas (Coronation Day) of Guru Har Rai Sahib Ji – a time for renewal and growth.
