We support and encourage people to change their lives through sustainable life choices and ultimately change the
community they are a part of. Set up as a not-for-profit organisation, Break the Cycle is committed to assisting people wherever they are from, whatever their
circumstances, and irrespective of ethnicity, religious belief or any other distinction. Break the Cycle is able to help clients

with Food and Financial Assistance when they are in a crisis or struggling with their current circumstances and get them back on their feet. Provide No Interest loans to our communities for a variety of items including car repairs and car registration, white goods, furniture. Our community pantry help supply affordable groceries to our communities and families that are struggling at the moment. Break the Cycle supports a thriving men’s shed, encouraging local men to learn and share skills and support to one another. Host a number of support services encompassing family needs which includes Financial Counselling and Free legal Advice.
