NOW HIRING: Live in Caretaker – Supported Temporary Accommodation
Christ Mission Possible, Penrith Area

Christ Mission Possible is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caretaker to support our Supported Temporary Accommodation facilities. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, clean and respectful environment for guests, while reflecting the Christian values and mission at the heart of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a safe, clean and orderly environment within the accommodation facilities
- Providing daily supervision of the premises, including opening/closing, security checks and basic maintenance
- Supporting guests with compassion and respect, modelling Christ-like character
- Upholding terms and conditions and promoting a peaceful, respectful community atmosphere
- Responding appropriately to incidents, concerns or emergencies in line with organisational procedures
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting
- Working collaboratively with staff, volunteers and ministry leaders

Essential Requirements
- Relevant practical experience in the temporary/crisis accommodation sector, or in another client-facing sector working with diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt style depending on the audience
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication
- A professional, organised approach with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Willingness to undergo a background check, including a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
- First Aid Certificate

Food Solutions, a division of Christ Mission Possible Inc. Sydney is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role supports the warehouse and logistics function that underpins our food relief services, ensuring donated goods and food hampers reach the community efficiently and respectfully.

Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, sorting, storing, picking and dispatching stock
- Operating a forklift within the warehouse and cold storage areas
- Driving a Medium Rigid (MR) truck to collect donations and deliver food hampers to partner organisations
- Maintaining accurate stock rotation and inventory records
- Upholding a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment in line with WHS requirements
- Working collaboratively with staff and volunteers to support smooth day-to-day operations

Essential Requirements
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) Min 2 years experience
- Current Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of safe manual handling and WHS practices
- Willingness to undergo a Working With Children Check and National Police Check
