To win “Best team theme” was an amazing achievement and would not have been possible if it were not for all the hard work, and hours of stitching, from our creative director Lisa Mccarthy Deverall. Here’s a look at our amazing wardrobe so we can all enjoy it again and again 😍

Wow… what a difference a week can make!

Driving from one side of Australia to the other;
heading down roads, sealed, dirt, gravel & rough; reconnecting with old friends and making connections with new friends; seeing beautiful countryside all the while travelling with an awesome buddy group.

Why…. to help make a difference and to honour those we love ❤️

Day 7: Caiguna to Southern Cross (742km)
What a day…..
“In Honour of” day - even though we had sunshine and daisies, it’s the day we remember why we came and why we rally.
A day of memories, tears, laughter and stories about Jacqui and our circle of family & friends. .
A day for a broken muffler, meeting country lollie Dollie’s and the dancing digger driver.
All problems solved over freckles & lollies on the side of the road.
Headed into camp under the beautiful night skies

Day 5: Coober Pedy to Penong (659km)
Another awesome day…
Margot the Tarago had a special visitor travel with us
Stopped at Kingoonyah pub for a beverage
Our buddy group had a flat tyre fixed while sharing a b**r
Used our Jerry cars as Margot was thirsty
Came in after dusk to a beautiful community cooked bbq & home-made salads

Day 4: Yulara to Coober Pedy (733km)
Sadly we said goodbye to Ambassador Kennedy & her team before we hit the road.
Such a great fun day despite the long drive our buddy group worked as a well oiled machine - great spacing, shared driving, giggles & hugs, good short stops.
The scenery is amazing and ever changing.

Day 3: Oodnadatta SA to Yulara NT (710km)
An early rise at 5am today, fun on the dirt with washouts and bulldust - we made it through ❣️
A little fuel line issue for a buddy group car but a great opportunity to play with big balls of wool.
Off to dinner at Field of lights.
