With the support of Joshy’s family;

The NICI would like to share our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Joshua Moore.
Joshua was and always will be an important member of the NICI family, working as an apprentice at Bistro Guillaume in Sydney and being one of four chefs we took to Ireland in 2019 for the Taste of Cork Food Festival.
Joshy was incredibly passionate about food and cooking and representing his family in everything he did.
For anyone wanting to attend, Joshua’s funeral will be held in Leeton this Friday June 19th.
