Recently, we’ve had the privilege of highlighting the impact our partners are helping create through Future2’s Make the Difference Grants Program.

Together, AIA Australia, HUB24 Limited, Spark Financial Group and Sufficient Funds contributed an additional $15,000 in 2025, extending the reach of grassroots organisations delivering practical financial education, support and opportunity across Australia.

These contributions will help more young people gain access to financial literacy education, support women to build financial confidence and independence, and strengthen programs helping vulnerable Australians move toward long term stability.

The ripple effect of this support reaches far beyond a single program or individual. It strengthens families, communities and futures.

Based in Far East Gippsland, Wilderness Collective Mallacoota is focused on building more resilient, community led economies through programs like Micro Ready.

Designed for women aged 40+, the program provides financial education, coaching and peer support to help participants start or grow micro businesses.

At its core, the program addresses one of the biggest barriers to progress, financial understanding.

For many, it is the first time they have had access to this kind of support in a regional setting, where traditional pathways to education, networks and advice are often limited.

Through the support of Sufficient Funds and Future2, more women are able to access these programs, gaining the tools, knowledge and support needed to take the next step.

With the support of Sufficient Funds, programs like Micro Ready are helping women in regional communities build financial confidence and develop sustainable micro businesses.

Focused on women aged 40+, the program provides access to financial education, coaching and peer support, equipping participants with the skills to manage money, understand their business and make informed decisions.

This support is helping more women take the step from idea to action, building confidence, capability and long-term financial wellbeing.

We recently sat down with the team at The Tiny Foxes and Spark Financial Group to talk about the impact of early financial education and why building confidence with money from a young age can shape stronger futures.

Through Future2’s Make the Difference Grants Program, Spark Financial Services has extended its support with an additional $2,000 contribution to Tiny Foxes, helping place these programs into the hands of 200 young people.

From budgeting and managing a first income to understanding debt and making informed financial decisions, this work is helping equip young Australians with practical skills they can carry into the future.

What does financial education look like in practice?

At Tiny Foxes, it starts early, giving young people the skills to budget, manage money and make informed decisions as they earn their first income.

For many, it is the first time they’ve been shown that a different financial future is possible, one built on confidence, understanding and choice.

With the support of Spark Financial Group, more students can now access these programs at a critical stage, helping them avoid common financial pitfalls and build a stronger foundation for the future.

The Tiny FoxesFoxes is a recipient of Future2’s Make the Difference Grants Program.

In 2025, Spark Financial Group extended this impact with an additional $2,000 contribution, supporting the delivery of financial education programs for young Australians.

Through these programs, students develop practical skills to manage money, avoid debt traps and make informed financial decisions early in life.

This additional support will help put these programs directly into the hands of 200 young people, giving them the tools and confidence to build stronger financial futures.

Through Future2’s Make the Difference Grants Program, funding is directed toward initiatives that help individuals build stronger financial futures and create lasting change within their communities.

As part of its Hub Empower program, HUB24 Limited partners with organisations that share this goal, supporting initiatives that strengthen financial wellbeing and expand access to financial literacy education.

In 2025, HUB24 made an additional contribution to Foyer Oxford, extending the impact of the Make the Difference Grants Program and supporting programs focused on financial capability and independence for young people transitioning out of homelessness.
