ANNOUNCEMENT

At 1 Heart, we understand that recent announcements from the Minister regarding changes to the NDIS may raise questions. We want to reassure our participants, families and partners that we are approaching these changes together with an open mind and a strong commitment to putting participants first.

Compliance has always been the backbone of 1 Heart. The move toward mandatory registration and increased quality and safeguarding measures aligns with our values and the way we already operate. Our focus remains on safe, transparent and high‑quality supports, regardless of how the framework evolves.

We are committed to working through any changes thoughtfully and collaboratively, ensuring continuity and stability for participants during this time.

If you are a participant, nominee, or support coordinator and would like to talk through specific situation to forward‑plan supports, we welcome those conversations and are here to help navigate what this may mean for you.

Thank you for your trust in 1 Heart. We remain dedicated to walking alongside you with care, clarity and integrity.
