Great meeting everyone 😊👏👏👏🔥
Even though we were a small group today as many of us were sick and some were away oversea. The meeting had full of life and the speeches offered heartfelt presentation and incredible learning value.

When we consistently turned up to Saturday SpeakersToastmasters meeting, we've learnt more of ourselves and others while we developed our voices and leadership skills. Finding our authentic voice is a journey, it takes time, effort and courage to find ourselves before we can express ourselves outwards.

"Finding your voice" by our lovely Julia is a fantastic theme that we'll explore for tomorrow meeting. Taking an incredible story from a well known Greek statesman and orator, Demosthenese, to public speaking and enhance our inner resilience.

Come to explore who you're, learn more about Demosthenese's and other Toastmasters fellows' stories so you can take the inspirations and knowledge to develop your authentic voice and leadership skills.

Taking step to do anything in life requires courage but when you step to speak in front of public and lead, it takes a special kind of bravery. Bringing both self-belief and vulnerability forward so you can connect with others from profound human level.

At Saturday Speakers Toastmasters Club, we believe that everyone is unique and full of potentials to be and do whatever you want. All you need to do is believe in you, learn the skills you might require and any successes you hope to achieve will always be within your reach.

The main aim for Toastmasters is to empower individuals and community to become more effective communicators and leaders using education, supportive and positive environment.

At Saturday Speakers Toastmasters, we specialise on helping people to develop their authentic voice, embrace inner values so they can be the best speakers and leaders from being themselves. We love diversity and welcome people from all ages, cultures, backgrounds and genders. We also enjoy positive social activities such as regularly having lunch after the meeting, go out for bushwalk and camping as a group. We're friendly, intelligent and enjoy being active 😊💪

Yesterday meeting really striked the chord as all speakers presented their authentic speeches with the chosen subjects that most resonant with their passions. The speakers also found their vibrant vocal resonance to tell their stories in fun and inspiring approaches 🎊🎉🥳🔥👏👏

We're so proud of our club. With diverse backgrounds, ages and genders, this makes our club very unique with abundant inspiring speakers that brings great learning and leadership development. On top of our vibrant club culture, we're respectful, friendly and open minded which contributes towards making the space feel safe and inclusive for everyone.

Every 2nd and 4th Saturday at our club meeting is an exciting adventure. We love seeing how different people learnt and grow from one speech to the next 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Last meeting, we even managed to do hybrid meeting to welcome our previous president, Michael, who was elected in 1998, we're so happy that you can join us and continue to be part of this positive community where you started in the beginning.

Looking ahead is this week theme came up by our talented VPE Sophia. We're going to set the tone that invites the members to self-evaluate on their present action, looking at different praxises that existing in lives so we can approach the future together from open mind/heart.

➡️ This Saturday meeting, we'll explore on how to gather information on club success plan, enjoy prepared speeche on what AI can bring to our future and many more presentations that can help us to look towards bright future using Toastmasters skills in our lives.

Toastmasters is a a global family. We support each other anywhere in the world. This photo was taken when Ian and Nissa was on the holiday back to their previous hometown in Hertford, they thought it would be great to visit another Toastmasters Club in the area and they had the chance to meet with East Herts Speakers in 2024 to learn and sought new inspirations from the community.

Thank you East Herts Speakers for your lovely friendships. We found the humorous workshop that Steve presented very helpful and we loved your friendly vibe which it was similar to our club here in Sydney. We hope to revisit your club again next year.

🌟 One of the mission that Saturday Speakers hope to embark on this year is to organise events that others Toastmasters club in Area 24 to connect, learn and exchange knowledge so we can flourish together.

Thank you East Herts Speakers for your incredible inspiration and we hope to bring what we learnt from you to share with others as we connect with other Toastmasters fellows😊
