The Mar Awtel Charity Trust extends its heartfelt wishes to all on the blessed Feast of Mar Awtel, Patron Saint of Kfarsghab.

Through the intercession of Mar Awtel, may this Feast Day bring peace, joy, and blessings upon you, your families, and our entire community.

Details for the celebration of the Feast of Mar Awtel in Sydney are below. The mass will be held on the 30th of August 2025 at 6pm.

The Prayer to Mar Awtel:

O Miraculous Mar Awtel, dear Saint of God, who has known the true God
and renounced everything to preserve faith, chastity and obedience.
You saved the travellers from drowning by your prayers and baptised them.

You entered the wilderness of Antioch and followed a strict monastic life in communion with God by prayer, fasting and penance until you were granted from God the gifts of miracles, casting out of devils and healing of the sick.

We beg you through your intercession to obtain us from God to heal all the sick, that intercede through you and grant us all eternal glory in heaven where we can glorify God, with all his Saints forever.

Amen.

This year we have some new and exciting merchandise! These will be for sale on Friday and Saturday in the lower level carpark.

If you can not make it to this years celebration or live interstate and would like some merchandise you can reach out via our social media platforms or email ([email protected]) and we can arrange postage for a small fee.
