This year's theme, "50 Years of Deadly", marked a massive milestone - five decades of the national NAIDOC movement and celebrating Indigenous culture, resilience and resistance. Our caseworkers Nerida, Greta and Natalie attended NAIDOC Event at Campbelltown Stadium.

Message from the Director,

Dear Community,
I am incredibly proud of the dedicated work our staff continue to do every day in supporting families and making a real difference in their lives.
Every day, our staff walk alongside families facing some of life's most difficult challenges and every day, they show up with compassion, skill, and unwavering dedication.
What strikes me most is not the numbers, but the stories behind them. Our caseworkers have sat with parents in crisis, helped children find their voice, connected families to safe housing, and supported survivors of domestic violence to reclaim their lives. This is difficult, often invisible work and it changes lives. I am profoundly proud of every member of our team.

The Agency Exchange is a valuable experience which provides the opportunity to network and explore support and referral pathways for our client group.

MFYS delivers important services to families in their homes. We transport clients to a number of appointments including medical, counselling, schools and more, to address their needs. The majority of the work undertaken by the caseworkers is conducted in the community and having a new reliable vehicle will improve accessibility, transportation and supporting families.

After a well‑earned break, the MFYS team is back and energised for the year ahead. Our crew of eight dedicated, compassionate staff are ready to walk alongside families, offer meaningful support, and help create real, lasting change in our community. Watch this space as we introduce our team members one by one and share the great work we’re getting up to throughout the year.
