Topic: Tai Chi for Health and Happiness: Research, Practice and Real-World Impact
What if one of the most effective tools for improving health and well-being was also one of the simplest?
Join Dr Emily Yang and Associate Professor Janet Conti as they explore the growing evidence behind Tai Chi, a practice often described as "meditation in motion." Drawing on research, clinical trial experience, and real-world applications, they will examine how Tai Chi can support cardiovascular health, cognitive function, stress reduction, healthy ageing, and overall well-being.
Discover how this centuries-old practice is helping address modern health challenges and learn how gentle movement and mindfulness can contribute to healthier individuals and more resilient communities.
