Carer Knowledge Exchange The Carer Knowledge Exchange brings together carers, researchers, policy makers and practitioners. Please contact [email protected]

We welcome you to join the Carer Knowledge Exchange, a project that aims to improve outcomes for carers by connecting research to practice. The Carer Knowledge Exchange is led by Carers NSW and proudly funded by the NSW Government. It was established as a partnership between Carers NSW and the Institute for Public Policy and Governance (IPPG) at the University of Technology Sydney from 2021-2024.

The Carer Knowledge Exchange brings together carers, researchers, students, decision-makers, professionals and service providers to share their knowledge and learn from each other. The Carer Knowledge Exchange features:
• An online research library for people to search, browse and share knowledge about carers and the caring role.
• A range of opportunities to connect and share knowledge about carers with others, both online and in person, including webinars, events and an online forum.

Prof Sue Yeandle is internationally recognised for her contribution to carer research and policy, and will open the event with reflections on the carers movement over time, including what we have learned from carers and how these insights have shaped research, policy and practice.
