On The Floor On The Floor brings together the brightest minds in Australia to debate, discuss and explore the social and political issues that young people care about.

Young people are often left out of the conversation and their issues and concerns are rarely addressed when building our future. Our unique interactive panels and discussions gives the individuals attending as well as panellists the opportunity to have their voices heard. On The Floor’s main goal is to make change, not noise. This is achieved through working with
governments and organisations to

ensure that the discussions from our panel and all of our
attendees’ feedback gets into the hands of the people who have the power to make the changes. On The Floor is here to serve the people, in the interest of public debate and democracy. Have your voice heard and build the future that you want to see.
