We invite community to come together in quiet strength and deep respect on Gadigal Country to honour Kumanjayi Little Baby.

πŸ•―οΈ Nationwide Vigil – Gadigal (Sydney)
πŸ“ Town Hall
πŸ—“οΈ Thursday 7th May 2026
⏰ 5:30pm (formal proceedings begin at 6:15pm)

This is a time to grieve, to stand in solidarity, and to hold space for one another.

We ask all who attend to respect cultural protocols. Please take the time to understand why we are gathering β€” this is a day for mourning, for reflection, and for community to come together in shared sorrow and respect. Follow the guidance of Elders and organisers, hold space quietly, and move with care.

This is a vigil, not a protest. Please leave your flags at home β€” just bring yourself, your heart, and your respect.

Wear pink and bring a battery candle as we come together to remember a precious life taken too soon πŸ₯Ί

We must resist the police state Minns is trying to force on our streets. Police violently attacked thousands of peaceful demonstrators who refused to accept the ban on protest when genocidal war criminal Isaac Herzog came to Sydney. We are demanding justice and accountability for this attack and an end to repression.

On Thursday February 26 the validity of the Minns’ government’s draconian anti-protest laws will be challenged in the Supreme Court of Appeal. The case has been lodged by representatives of the Blak Caucus and Palestine Action Group with supporting evidence from Jews Against the Occupation 48, Pride in Protest and other social movements.

First Nations people have been brutalised hands of the NSW police force since it was established. But they have also led the resistance and that continues with this case. Minns’ repression of the movement is set to continue with his agenda of banning slogans and persecuting workers who speak up for Palestine. Stand united to show we will not be intimidated and will fight in the courts and on the street to end his repressive regime.

21 March – International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

On 21 March, we stand with the world in recognising the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination β€” a day that reminds us that racism is not just history, it’s still lived and felt today.

We are calling on all people β€” from every community, every background β€” to stand together in Sydney, New South Wales in a powerful show of unity and strength.

This protest is about one thing above all: Solidarity.
Solidarity against racism.
Solidarity against discrimination.
Solidarity with those whose voices are too often ignored.

We are encouraging communities to organise convoys from your local areas and travel together to Sydney. Come together. Stand together. Be counted together.

This is a moment to show that discrimination has no place in our country β€” and that when we unite, our voices cannot be dismissed.

21 March.
Sydney, NSW.
Stand in solidarity.
