Looking after your health starts with one simple step: booking a check-up.

This Men's Health Week, we're encouraging men across the transport, warehousing and logistics industry to make their health a priority.

Whether it's a routine GP visit, a blood pressure check or a conversation about something that's been bothering you, getting checked can help identify issues early and keep you feeling your best.

Work can be busy, but your health is worth making time for. Encourage your mates, colleagues and team members to book a check-up and take charge of their wellbeing.

Small actions today can make a big difference tomorrow.

Our Road Show program is designed to bring practical health and wellbeing support directly to people working across the transport and logistics industry.🚛

By visiting truck stops, depots, warehouses, distribution centres and industry events, Healthy Heads creates a space for health checks, conversations and early support in places people already are.

With new funding from the Australian Government, matched by the Goodman Foundation, we’ll be able to scale the program and reach more people, in more places, more often.

More Road Shows.
More health checks.
More conversations.
More early support.

We finished our week with the team at Roadmaster in Morningside, a fitting final stop to round out a fantastic week.

Thank you to all of our hosts, partners and the people in the industry who took the time to stop, chat and get involved.

Every conversation helps keep mental health front of mind, and we’re grateful to everyone who helped make this week such a success.

Sometimes, a simple conversation can make all the difference. A quick check-in over a coffee, a chat during a break or asking a mate how they're really doing can help create a more supportive workplace.

This upcoming Men's Health Week (15–21 June), we're encouraging workplaces across the transport, warehousing and logistics industry to make space for those moments.

Whether it's a BBQ, toolbox talk or team catch-up, small actions can help start important conversations and put wellbeing on the agenda.

The sun was finally out in Brisbane today as our Road Show Truck rolled into bp Archerfield. ☀️🚛

One of the biggest challenges for drivers on the road is finding healthy, convenient food options. Good nutrition plays an important role in maintaining energy, focus, and overall wellbeing, especially during long shifts behind the wheel.

We were chatting with drivers about the Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds Healthy Choices Menu thanks to our friends at bp, making it easier to grab a nutritious meal while on the go. Even better, drivers can access a discount by showing the Healthy Heads App at participating locations.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat today. Small choices can make a big difference when it comes to supporting health and wellbeing on the road.

Take a breath – sounds simple, but taking a moment to pause and breathe is one of the easiest things we can do to manage stress or relax the mind, and it can be done within 16 seconds.

Box breathing is a proven mind-body intervention that quickly engages the parasympathetic nervous system. Research shows it immediately reduces state anxiety, lowers cortisol, and regulates autonomic tone, making it an excellent tool to manage stress.

The free Healthy Heads App offers breathing exercises at your fingertips. Download today: https://www.healthyheads.org.au/resources-and-training/health-heads-app/

A fantastic afternoon on the road with our Healthy Heads Road Show team, spending time with our good friends at JOST in Wacol, Brisbane.

The team came together for a relaxed BBQ, health checks, and some great conversations about wellbeing in the workplace. What stood out most was the genuine care JOST shows for its people and the strong culture they’ve built around looking after their team’s overall health and wellbeing.

It was also great to see several drivers stop by to learn more about the resources and support available to help maintain good mental health while on the road. Because safety and wellness isn’t just about physical health, it’s about supporting the whole person.

Great morning at Linfox Acacia Ridge today as part of our Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds Road Shows in Brisbane.

We enjoyed a casual morning tea with the team, connecting with team members and drivers who stopped by for a chat about mental health and the practical ways they can look after their wellbeing on the job.

These conversations are so important in helping to break down stigma, encourage support-seeking, and remind people and our industry that looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health.

The rain may have changed the plan, but it certainly didn’t dampen the spirit.

Today’s Australia Post Road Show at Redbank brought more than 200 team members together to connect, check in, and learn about the mental health and wellbeing resources available to support them.

We love partnering with organisations like Australia Post that genuinely care about their people and continue to prioritise both mental and physical health and safety across their workforce.

It was a great morning at the Stockland site in Carole Park seeing the team take the time to sit together, share a laugh, and have conversations that go beyond the day-to-day.

This morning was full of those moments, with plenty of good energy, genuine connections, and reminders that looking after your mental health doesn’t have to be complicated.
