Today we joined AJM Transport and Geotab to get out and about with their drivers, bringing Healthy Heads directly to them.

Drivers had the chance to get a free health screening, grab some lunch from the BBQ and pick up some Healthy Heads merchandise while we chatted about the importance of looking after yourself in a busy job.

A great day of good food, practical health checks and plenty of conversations with the people who keep things moving. 🚛

Our Road Show team had a great day at BP Beresfield! 🚛

We had some great chats with drivers about the little things they do to look after themselves while out on the road. One of those conversations was with Matteus, who told us how he uses the Healthy Heads app to fit in regular stretching and breathing exercises during his day.

Looking after yourself on the road is just as important as getting the job done, and it was great to hear how Matteus is making time for his wellbeing. He also made the most of BP’s free coffee and eggs on toast for Healthy Heads app users! ☕🍳

In just one month, Australia’s transport and logistics industry will come together in Melbourne for two days of connection, conversation and collaboration.

Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds is proud to be a charity partner of MegaTrans 2026, taking place 16–17 September at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. And we’re bringing Kenny, our Kenworth prime mover, along for the ride!

Kenny will be there to help us connect with the people who keep Australia moving, hear their stories and continue conversations about health and wellbeing across transport, warehousing and logistics. If you’re heading to MegaTrans, make sure you come and say hello!

"Tennis is a game that's played in isolation. You're out on the court by yourself. Being a truck driver is no different."

That was the perspective Australia Post Metropolitan Transport Manager Greg Page shared during our Road Show at the Brisbane Parcel Facility in Redbank.

Drawing on his experience in transport, Greg spoke about the importance of checking in with the people around us.

In an industry where many spend long hours on the road alone, taking five minutes to ask someone how they're going can make a real difference.

Sometimes, the most important part of the job is simply making time for a conversation.

That was the message Healthy Heads CEO Naomi Frauenfelder shared with team members during a recent Road Show event at Viva Energy/Liberty Oil.

We spend more time with our workmates than almost anyone else, which means we're often the first to notice when something doesn't seem quite right.

You don't need to have all the answers. You just need to be willing to ask, listen and check back in.

These are the conversations that help create safer, healthier workplaces where people know they're not alone.

Long days, busy shifts and life on the go can make it challenging to prioritise healthier choices.

That's why, through our partnership with bp, Healthy Heads App users can access discounts on the Healthier Choices Menu at participating bp locations.

It was a great day onsite, with plenty of people stopping by to have a chat, learn more about the support available, and take some time to focus on their mental health and wellbeing. It was encouraging to see so many people getting involved and creating space for these important conversations during a busy workday.
