Gotta give so much thanks and appreciation to our amazing contributors Chris and Martin from The Golden Pavilion W**e & Dine Revesby and Ming from The Old Town Hong Kong On Barangaroo for the delicious, nutritious meals that keep us open for business.🥰🥰🥰

Also to all our guys who serve, set up and pack down. You make our kitchen the community hub that it is.🥰

We had Marj and Kathryn join us last night with clothes, a big contribution of sweet and savoury baked goods from Baker's Delight Narellan, toiletries and loaded fries made by Rachael.🥰🥰🥰

A local cafe brought over wraps, sandwiches and egg and bacon muffins and Alfredo from Hello Sarnie in North Sydney brought in a massive contribution of sandwiches, wraps, rolls, croissants and salads. Thank you so much.😇😇

One of our guys, who collects cans in a big black plastic bag to make some money, gave us a $2 contribution and another guy gave us some badges that he'd been given. A lady from a local office brought down a bag of fruit and another a container of cakes.

Our amazing contributors Chris and Martin😇😇 from The Golden Pavilion W**e & Dine Revesby and Ming 😇 from The Old Town Hong Kong On Barangaroo enabled us to stay open till almost 10pm last night. Which was great because we were watching the Dolphins vs Roosters game on the phone so stayed open till that finished. Had quite a few rough sleepers coming through who were so grateful to be given delicious, restaurant quality meals late at night. One guy even wanting to pay his way by giving us a couple of the smokes someone had given him.🥰

We had Todd 😇 bring in two big boxes of fruit and one of our regular, silent contributors 😙send in bags of Freddo Frogs, Caramelo Koalas and Crunchie.

Anna 😇rocked up with her usual colour coordinated flair as well as lollies, snacks, clothing and blankets. Our pensioner R😇 generously gave us a big box of noodles.

Our barista was especially lucky last night when Rachael, Marj and Kathryn arrived😇😇😇. Not only did they bring homemade pasta, a very generous contribution of sweet and savoury baked goods from Baker's Delight Narrellan, meals from Soul Origin and clothes but Marj also jumped on the coffees while our barista had smoko. He never actually came back to relieve Marj...and we did notice that he was taking smoko breaks whilst on his smoko break...new PB😂

Of course it's not all laughs...people come to talk about their problems which are often extreme...SA...returning to rough sleeping...impending evictions...life-threatening illnesses😪

Our kitchen is a two way street. I got last minute tickets to the Rabbits final last night and rang the guys to see if I could drop the gear and they could run things and stay back till 10.30pm so I could pick up the gear. Think they were a bit too eager to help...probably trying to get away from my nagging 😂

Nah but it was cool they had my back. Even got them some muscle to make sure they were OK...one of our ladies😂 They gave me s**t when I got back coz the Bunnies lost😪

Everything ran well except our barista fell off his milk crate stool...not once but twice😂

And of course they would not be able to run anything if it wasn't for our amazing, regular contributors. Chris and Martin from The Golden Pavilion W**e & Dine Revesby and Ming from The Old Town Hong Kong On Barangaroo provided delicious, nutritious meals. Kim Hue and her crew brought in big pots of delicious hot food and Rachael, Marj and Kathryn brought in a contribution of sweet and savoury baked goods from Baker's Delight Narrellan as well as clothes. Such a great little community we got going...lots of surprise appearances from our guys/girls and contributors, who we haven't seen in a while, made the night so vibrant...that and the bizarre raunchy photos mostly instigated by our barista😂 🫶🎉

Our amazing, always at the ready contributors Martin and Chris from The Golden Pavilion W**e & Dine Revesby and Ming from The Old Town Hong Kong On Barangaroo provided delicious restaurant quality meals that kept us open till 9pm.😇😇😇

We had Kim Hue, Quyen, Ha, Mui and Tien rock up with laughs and delicious home cooked noodles, congi, cakes and packets of chips.😇😇😇😇😇

Rachel, Marj and Kathryn arrived with clothes, toiletries and a massive contribution of sweet and savoury pastries from Baker's Delight Narrellan.😇😇😇

Our pensioner R brought in lollies, eggs, noodles and cakes, one of the guys gave us heaps of sugar sachets and a long time contributor who does not want to be named, arrived with her husband and boxes of delicious fruit.😇😇😇😇

Our barista got the last of my Kinder Surprise toys and Rachel brought him in a tiny Maui. If you've ever met our barista you'd know why. Anyone who doesn't know his name, refers to him as Maui...more like Maui's dad😂😂

Some traditions may be better broken. Everytime I've gotten a Kinder Surprise toy, for years, our barista always steals it from me. I so didn't wanna part with my golden lion with the removable crown last night but that bloody sad faced conned me again 🙄😂

Huge thank you to Chris and Martin from The Golden Pavilion W**e & Dine Revesby and Ming from The Old Town Hong Kong On Barangaroo. The quality of the meals is second to none and the quantity they provide keep us going until 9pm. Something special hits the heart when rough sleepers rock up late in the evening, thinking we'll have nothing left and get given restaurant quality meals. A few guys last night were so hungry and so grateful.😇😇😇

Our amazing regular contributors didn't let us down last night. Kim Hue, Quyen and Ha arrived with piping hot food, generous hearts and warm conversation. Everyone always asks about them and gets excited when they arrived.

Anna brought in pantry items, chips, biscuits, snacks and a lotta laughs. Our pensioner R brought in yoghurt and dates which were a real hit. We were so lucky that Todd brought in huge boxes of fruit giving us so many healthy options.🥰🥰🥰

Jenny and Warren (patrons of The Golden Pavilion) generously gave us toiletries, biscuits and a big tub of Milo. Receiving items like tea, coffee or Milo is a real blessing for us as it saves us money on our coffee station shops.
😇😇Our coffee station is so important. Heard one of the guys tell our barista last night that he makes the best coffee and after the rush dies down, we tend to do self service. Noone can make your coffee order like you. Feels like home...

One of our founders M, treated us to some of his amazing artwork last night. He creates cityscapes using images of existing buildings combined with his own creations. Love the way this guy's mind works.🥰😍

Our amazing contributors Chris and Martin from The Golden Pavilion W**e & Dine Revesby and Ming from The Old Town Hong Kong On Barangaroo never let us down. I was late giving them notice this week because I had so much on and they still came through with delicious, nutritious, hot meals with little notice.

Had a great surprise last night, when Kristin came down with some KFC for us. I first met Kristin and her hubby and kids one Christmas with Lanz when her kids came in and played the violin and sang to entertain everyone. Was great to see her and to catch up on how the kids were doing...cute as photo 😇🥰

Anna popped in with pantry items and snacks and our pensioner R brought in noodles, pantry items, a board game, videos and snacks. 🥰🥰

Linda supplied us with toiletries (that were well received because we had run out of razors) as well as fruit, pantry items, noodles, quail eggs and sweet pastries. We also had a contribution of clothes and we gave out some beanies that Linda had made and some clothes that Connie and Steve had given us.😇😇😇😇

One of the local cafes popped in with sweet pastries, sandwiches, savoury breakfast muffins, yoghurt and fruit. 🤩

Had some funny chats and was exciting to hear that one of the guys finally got housed after years on the street.🥰

One of our regulars who always goes through the bins to collect aluminum cans gave us $2 as a contribution and our barista generously contributed the 'million dollar' bill that someone had given him...but none of the real coins he was counting out.😂😂
