CHICOS - THIS IS NOT A DRILL 🚨🚨🚨

SLAS UNSW are hosting our Annual General Meeting this Thursday, and we want you to join us for FREE MEXICAN FOOD AND DRINKS !

The menu:
* Esquites - Mexican corn snack with Mexican sauces and toppings
* Burritos - Two choices: Chicken with beans and rice, or Mushrooms with beans and rice (vegetarian)
* Dessert - TRES LECHES (We are really spoiling you with this one, it’s so good)

All food will be home cooked by our legendary Mexican chef Alan, so get keen!

You must be a club member to get this food! So please become a member if you haven't already.

Esquites and burritos will be served before the meeting, with tres leches for dessert after the formalities conclude.

If you wish to nominate yourself to become a club executive for 2027, please send us an email at [email protected] with your name and which position you want to nominate yourself for.

This week’s Spanish Buddies will be a little different! In collaboration with the Spanish & Latin American Film Festival and Palace Cinemas, we’ll be attending the Opening Night Bebida in Leichhardt (Norton Street cinema) and watching the premiere of the Peruvian film Mistura 🍿✨

Kick off the term with us at this special FIFA World Cup edition of Spanish Buddies!

As always, we’ll be bringing the snacks, music, atmosphere and good vibes! All you need to bring is your World Cup knowledge, your Spanish, and a ticket to the event! 🎟️

On the day we’ll be:
🏆 Predicting the tournament ladder as a group
⚽️ Kicking the ball around on the lawn
🎮 Playing a World Cup Kahoot
🎟️ Running a raffle draw

And what’s up for grabs?

👕 A football jersey from a surprise Latin American team!

To enter the raffle, you MUST:
