UNISOCIAL is the partnership of all the community outreach groups of the Universal Church: VYG (Victory Youth Group), Caleb Group (Seniors), Patient Care, Night Angels, Rescue of Dignity, and others with the goal of helping those in need. UNISOCIAL has led disaster relief effort in various communities around Australia, as well as periodic food drives to assist struggling communities.

Yesterday, the Caleb Group at UCKG Liverpool proudly participated in the inspiring event “Beauty Has No Age.” It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the value, wisdom, and beauty that every stage of life brings.🌸

🦷 As part of the event, we welcomed a dentist who shared valuable advice on maintaining good oral health. We were reminded that a healthy smile is more than just appearance: it reflects confidence, happiness, and self-respect.

The day reinforced an important message💬: true beauty is timeless. It shines through our kindness, our confidence, our care for ourselves, and the positive impact we have on others. No matter our age, we can continue to grow, inspire, and embrace life with joy and purpose.

Together, we celebrated not only outer beauty but also the strength, dignity, and inner beauty that make every person unique and valuable.✨

A big thank you to Matthew from Fenech Family Farm🐓 in Hoxton Park for generously donating 1,000 fresh farm eggs for our food hampers🥚

Your act of kindness makes a big difference, thank you for helping us support families and individuals in our community 🤝🏼

Our amazing volunteers are preparing these eggs along with other essentials for our free hamper distribution at the Liverpool HelpCentre this Sunday.

Did you know that our dedicated volunteers generously give their time each week to prepare and organise the donated items for our free food hampers? 🍎🌽🥬🥫🍞

Behind every hamper distributed is a team working with care, compassion, and a desire to support those in need within our community. From sorting donations to packing each hamper, every act of service helps bring hope and practical support to families and individuals doing it tough 🙏🏼

The in , was once again on the streets offering support 🤝🏼 to those in need through the UniSocial outreach work ❤️

☕️🥪 Hot coffee, sandwiches, amenities, warm socks, thermal beanies and more were offered, particularly to the homeless, as the cold Melbourne weather ❄️ starts to kick in. Our volunteers also held conversations with those who needed someone to talk to 🗣️ and offered a 🙏🏼 for those who wanted one.

🤝🏼 Last Sunday morning at our HelpCentre in Liverpool, we had the pleasure of giving back to the community through the distribution of free food hampers.

Each hamper was prepared with care and shared with love, bringing support and encouragement to families and individuals in need🥫🥦

We believe that no one should feel alone during difficult times, and even a simple act of kindness can bring hope and strength🙏🏼

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated, and helped make this outreach possible. Together, we are making a difference in our community💙

As part of the Caleb weekly activities, participants also engage in indoor games🧩 that combine fun with learning. One of the activities involved rearranging the books of the Bible 📖 in the correct order, starting from the Old Testament ✝.

This interactive exercise not only brought moments of joy and friendly collaboration, but also helped stimulate memory 🧠, concentration 🎯, and cognitive skills 💡. It encourages participants to stay mentally active while reinforcing their knowledge in a meaningful and engaging way.

Through simple yet purposeful activities like this, Caleb continues to promote learning, connection, and well-being among seniors in a supportive and uplifting environment 🙌🏼🤝🏼

As the weather changes, our UniSocial work in Footscray, Melbourne has not changed.

Last week Tuesday, freshly cooked warm meals were presented those in need together with snacks, socks, thongs, cups of coffee and a chat and prayer. It was a combination that left people fulfilled and feeling cared for.

We will continue our work across Melbourne.
