The Australasian Genomics Technologies Association (AGTA) 🧬 is a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing genomics technologies and their applications. AGTA conferences are recognised as the leading event for researchers and industry professionals in the field of genomics technologies in Australasia. 🗓️ Date: Monday 14th Sept (Term 3 Week 1 Monday) 🕑Time: 9:00am - 7:00pm 📍Location: UNSW Roundhouse 🍴Meals included (morning tea, afternoon tea, drinks & canapes) BINFSOC has been able to obtain discounted tickets 🎫 to attend AGTA’s annual conference on Monday, 14th September at the Roundhouse. This includes talks on Single-cell analytics, translational genomics, multi-omics and emerging scientists (morning tea, lunch and canapes are provided for attendees of the day). Tickets usually retail for $200 for a single day, however BINFSOC has received funding 💰 and would like to offer the opportunity to attend AGTA to bioinformatics students 🧑‍🎓. Please note this form is not purchasing a ticket, it is an expression of interest form. Final price has not been confirmed but will be between $10-50 per person.

Greetings all BINFSOC members! We have been asked to advertise this exciting bioinformatics symposium at UTS.

You are invited to attend the Sydney Bioinformatics Symposium 2026, hosted at the University of Technology Sydney on Friday, 12 June 2026.

The symposium will feature speakers from UTS, USYD, UNSW and MQ across:
