Mission Statement:
Our Mission is to increase the accessibility to mental health resources in regional communities through like minded networks with a common aim to REACH – SUPPORT – EDUCATE. Vision:
‘The Head Strong Foundation aspires to enlighten regional and remote communities of Australia to create a mentally healthier world’

The Head Strong Foundation holds an objective to provide mental hea

lth resources to regional and remote communities through the facilitation of workshops, counselling and initiative projects. In the early stages of development, we aim to focus on the facilitation of workshops for various community groups, schools, sporting teams and businesses. The foundation will continue to provide opportunities for communities to come together at an event for a combined purpose of raising awareness and funds for mental health, like the Cargo 2 Grenfell Walk, that has been running successfully since 2017. Through events like C2G Walk, HSF will expand into numerous communities and inject resources, knowledge and awareness for mental health across NSW.
