This month Celebrates an Amazing Birthday Milestone turning 40 in the life of SFC Australia, a Ministry and Community Service I Founded and Pioneered with no funding, for Never Married, Separated, Divorced and Widowed Men, Women and their children...

Born out of a Vision I had, after seeing glaring gaps and the enormous needs in the Community and Churches, on 24th August, the first social event held at a Chinese Restaurant@Beverley Hills, NSW, Australia...

From Social Events and Connect Groups, it continued to expand, holding Seminars on Single Living, Divorce Recovery Workshops, Relationship Workshops, Long Weekend Retreats@
Noonaweena, the Blue Mountains, Nelson Bay, and a staggering, very popular, 13 x 3 night Residential Singles Conferences held mostly on the NSW October Long Weekend...

Further, Pastoral Care during times of stress, brokenness and hurt, was a daily happening, as was being a "Prepare Administrator" for Singles about to Marry...

I Pioneered the first Counselling Service Specialising in Single & Formerly Married Men and Women in Australia...

Also, I was Founder of a Single Adult Leadership Network, where Single Adult Leaders could meet together, receive and exchange Leadership Ideas, be encouraged and pray for one another...

For many years, I was interviewed on Radio 2GB Sunday Night Live by Rev Dr Gordon Moyes regarding SFC and the Conferences...

For 3-4 years, I did regular community talks on Sydney Radio Hope 103.2 FM when located at Five Dock...The talks were 3-5 minutes in length on a wide range of Relationship issues.

During this time, I have spoken extensively across Australia at Churches, Conferences, Community Groups & Internationally...

Many thousands have been helped through the Singles Ministry...

The numbers were fantastic and growing during the first 6 years, assisting 300-500 new people each year in the first 6 years, but when a Single, Stephen, helped me create a website, the numbers expodentially took off, receiving enquiries from Sydney, across Australia, indeed around the world!

After joining an Online Discussion List based in the USA of Single Adult Leaders, Senior Ministers, Singles Ministers and Associate Ministers, I contributed daily sharing ideas with experienced Leaders and others...

As a result, I was invited to speak in San Diego, USA@ National Leadership Conference...

Just days after arriving home, I received two emails, Headhunting me for two Single Adult Leadership positions, one with 20,000 members, 50% which were Single or Formerly Married,
where I was invited to be the Department Head, Single Adult Leadership, Divorce & Grief Recovery Ministries...

Also, Consultancy to Churches re establishing Singles Ministries, have seen me, using the Law of Multiplication and plant 13 others,
in Sydney and Melbourne, which during their lifetime, have helped many thousands more..

It is humbling to ponder, the phenomenal impact SFC Australia has had, as we have another Birthday, touching and Making a Difference in the Lives of Singles, Formerly Married & Children...

Judy, the wife of an Extraordinary Lay Leadership Team, who I identified along with her husband, John, to assist me and another Couple, Pioneer Young Adults Ministry in an Australian Church, when Young Adults Ministry was unknown in the Australian Church Scene & before Koorong opened, only 1 book I could find " Young Adults Ministry" Hershey.

Judy has had a stroke, and her husband John has sold the Optometry Business to Care Fulltime for Judy!

Your prayers for them would be appreciated...

Earlier in my professional life, no two days were the same in providing Unique World First Pioneering Care to both Adults and Children...

This is evidenced by the following 2 examples:

First, a 22 hour day, the most unprecedented stressful period@the World Renowned Peter McCallum Cancer Centre, Melbourne, while doing 2 Units of Clinical Pastoral Education, and serving as a Hospital Chaplain, transformed my life personally and professionally as 4 people, a lovely Man and 3 Beautiful Women were dying...

One Married Italian woman, "Palmina", who I had journeyed with for 3 months, asked me to be with her & her husband, when she died...
This was a great honour to be asked; and I was...

That experience and Ministering to the other 3, their families and Nursing Staff, all day and night, leaving the Hospital 4am, had 2-3 hours sleep, then at 8.30am was Giving My Report, to a room full of Peers in a State of Shock; for 4 Overnight Deaths requiring a Chaplain had never happened before!

For 4 Died Thursday pm or Friday am, and I had to Pastorally Manage all the Significant LifeChanging Events of 4 People, 4 Distressed Family Groupings, 4 Groups of Nursing Staff, will be something I will never forget...🙏😉

Second, on another day, Perspective:Childrens Hospitalisation&Care...
Today I was reminded again of the sheer Preciousness of young children with various high needs medical conditions, mental health, disabilities, and how a Brilliant Life Changing Idea I Initiated, Transformed the Lives of many thousands of children, parents and Patient Care Team Staff...

Some children are able to play, relate and amuse themselves with various toys & games...

They appear to be in a world of their own enjoying what they are doing; just like any other child...

When I Pioneered "Puppet Therapy" into two world renowned Australian Hospitals, namely, the Royal Children's Hospital and Peter McCallum Cancer Institute, Melbourne...

Some days, the hardest part before arriving, was choosing which 2 or 3 Puppets I would take with me out of 100+...

Often kids who were crying, upset, confused, scared, would tell Oscar the Grouch, Cookie Monster, Big Bird, Beautiful Twin Worms,
how they were feeling, but not the Doctors, Nursing Staff or many parents...

Specialist Drs or Ward Drs would seek out my services, to see if I could find out why kids were so upset, fearful, in order to understand then advance their Care...

So, when this information was revealed and conveyed; it became an Invaluable Part of their Daily Ongoing Unique World First Care...🙏😉

# We Are All Unique...Mr 1.6%!

Haha...Just revisited the Myers Briggs Personality Test and got the one that applies to only 2% and 1.6% Males of Population!

Further, Part 2 of a Personality Profile said:
"Many people, most probably, will be glad to be in the room you're in. At work, you make the environment livelier and the banter more interesting, so the time moves swiftly and the experience is a happier one...

At home, you keep everyone connected because you engage each of them in the conversational action, and as a result they are more connected as well with one another... You make home a warmer and more interesting place for everyone who lives there.
