Swanpool Motor Festival

Swanpool Motor Festival was run to raise funds to upkeep the Swanpool Football oval and facilities.

The Festival wa a display of vehicles in a relaxed atmosphere, at the base of the High Country, with local wines, food, swap meet and market stalls.

THE 2026 SWANPOOL MOTOR FESTIVAL IS CANCELLED.

On behalf of the outgoing committee I regret that the 2026 Swanpool Motor Festival will not be held on our usual date, Labor Day weekend in March. At this stage it appears that 2025 may have been the last festival.
I would like to thank everyone who has been part of, or associated with the past six festivals, our sponsors, display vehicle owners, the public and in particular all our volunteers.

This is the image for rainfall for Swanpool this Sunday 9th March 2025 according to Jane (Channel 7 weather girl), ZERO RAINFALL. Not good for the farmers but great for those attending the festival.

So pack the vehicle, sunnies, thongs and a hat and head over to the Swanpool Motor Festival for a great day out.

What is the Swanpool Motor Festival?
It is displaying anything that has an engine, cars, bikes, trucks, tractors or boats. All of these have been displayed in the past. This year we will have an aeroplane on display.

You can pre register your display vehicle, you can pre purchase entry tickets and don't forget that two spectators will win $100 each in the draw at 2pm.

SMF HAS GONE ELECTRONIC....

The Swanpool Motor Festival now provides EFTPOS on the day for entry. Our cash only policy for the past events is now history. you can now pay with cash or your entry fee as a spectator or display vehicle fee with EFTPOS or you can pre-register online with our new version of our website. Visit our website: www.swanpoolmotorfestival.com.au to pre-register your display vehicle or spectator tickets. Swap Meet, Market Stall holders, Food Vans can also register and pay online on the website.

You have the choice cash or EFTPOS, if you have any questions you can contact us via the website.

With all the recent power outages, internet and phone problems we are working with "High Country Technology" from Mansfield who will provide us with a "Starlink" satellite connection with WiFi ensuring that our EFTPOS machines will be working and that we will have a secured WiFi mobile phone connection that works on the day.

Other major changes to the festival this year is a $1000 cash prize to one of the display vehicles. This prize is drawn from a barrel containing all the entry forms - so every entrant has a chance to take home $1000 in cash. Spectators are also winners with two $100 cash prizes being drawn at 2pm along with the display vehicle prizes totalling $5000.
Each winner must be in attendance at the time the prizes are drawn to claim.

Once again our sponsor Open2View North East Victoria has printed and placed a board in Swanpool promoting our upcoming festival in March 2025. We thank Kate and Garth, owners of Open2View North East Victoria for sponsoring our festival.

In addition to the $1000 CASH PRIZE being awarded to owner of one of the display vehicles we are also awarding CASH PRIZES to spectators who visit our festival. At 2pm we will draw two winners from those spectators who are in attendance. Both spectators will win $100 CASH. Each spectator who pays $5 entrance fee will receive a ticket and copies of those tickets will be drawn. The winners must be in attendance at 2pm to collect $100 CASH.

The SMF for 2025 is being held on Sunday 9th March 2025. Attached is our flyer with details, sponsors and confirmation of our top prize of $1000 cash. This prize along with thousands of dollars of other prizes will be drawn at 2pm on the day. Entrants must be in attendance at the draw to claim a prize. The prizes are drawn out of a hat, so that every entry has an equal chance of winning.
