Sutherland Shire Dog Training Club Sutherland Shire Dog Training Club (SSDTC) is an affiliate dog training club of the Dogs NSW.

With a large number of members, of all ages and interests, SSDTC hosts a wide variety of talented and unique dog breeds. SSDTC has existed and been training dog owners to train dogs since 1962. Numerous past and present members are well known in many different aspects of dog training. An even greater number of members just enjoy training their canine companions to be well mannered and socialised, while you also have the chance to meet other people who are also having fun with their dogs.

🐾 SSDTC Annual Obedience & Rally Trial 2026 🐾
What a fantastic day we had at the Sutherland Shire Dog Training Club Annual Obedience & Rally Trial on Sunday 17th May 2026.

A huge congratulations to all competitors, qualifiers and place getters across both disciplines. We were especially proud to see so many of our own SSDTC members achieving some wonderful results and milestones with their dogs throughout the day. 🏅🐶

Thank you to everyone who entered, supported, stewarded, helped set up and pack away, worked on the BBQ, and assisted behind the scenes to make the event run smoothly. Trials simply cannot happen without the support of volunteers and our dog community.
