International Pronouns Day is 15 October 2025—and we’re getting ready.

When people feel unsure about using pronouns correctly, it can lead to hesitation, avoidance, or silence. And while the intent may be respectful, the impact can leave LGBTQ+ colleagues feeling unseen or excluded.

To support more confident, inclusive conversations, we recently launched Understanding Personal Pronouns—a new micro eLearning module designed to build practical skills and affirming practice around gender identity and pronoun use. This course helps turn good intentions into meaningful action.
