The fantastic new Hep C Telehealth service is a Medicare bulk-billed national service that helps you or your clients access hep C treatment, on the phone.

The service supports people with consultations, pathology tests to get tested for hep C, prescribing medication if needed, and confirming cure.

No referral is needed.

"Across the board, every age group, we're continuing to see that vaccine coverage is falling and it's been falling year-on-year now since 2020," said NCIRS director Kristine Macartney.

Another reminder that herd immunisation is the best defence against preventable illnesses.
