Duke Street Community House is a not-for-profit, Incorporated Association that has been delivering high quality services to the community in Sunshine and Braybrook since 1973. We provide pre-accredited educational courses, Occasional Child-Care, and community programs. Duke Street Community House believes that all individuals have a right to enrich their lives, through access to social, community

and educational participation. Our programs are for everyone regardless of socio-economic background, age, religion, cultural or sexual identity and/or disability.

Huge shoutout to our amazing Tuesday Food Relief volunteer team! 💪🥕📦

Everyone got a solid workout while sorting and unloading this week’s delivery. This dedicated crew tackles anywhere between 3–8 pallets of food every single week! 🙌

It is National Volunteer Week this week, but at Duke Street Community House it’s Volunteer Week every single week! ❤️

With more than 40 incredible volunteers helping out in our programs each week, we’re constantly reminded of how lucky we are to have such a passionate, hardworking and community minded team. ❤️❤️

Thank you for bringing the energy, the smiles, enthusiasm and empathy to work every week! We couldn’t do it without you! 🙏🙏
