After a very close community vote, we’re excited to announce the official name of our Friday afternoon creative arts group…

THE EXPRESSION PROJECT

And talk about a close one — the winning name came out on top by JUST ONE VOTE!

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to submit a name and cast their vote. Your ideas, creativity and enthusiasm have helped shape this new group from the very beginning.

And a special congratulations to Kara, who submitted the winning name!

The Expression Project is all about creativity, connection, self-expression and having a space where you can come as you are and let your creativity do the talking.

Our support comes from qualified mental health lived experience workers - people who have walked their own journeys, know exactly what it’s like to ask for help, and have gained the insights and skills to help you navigate yours.

We are a strictly non-judgmental service, and we are ready to walk with you through the entire process, making things as easy and seamless as possible.
