As a community club, celebrating local people and their achievements is part of who we are.

We recently discovered that one of our club members has spent the past two years helping bring a major motion picture to life right here in Noosa. How incredible is that?

Tonight is the premiere of Rebound at The J and there are still a few tickets available. If you're looking for a date night, a parents' night out or simply a great local event to support why not head along and celebrate a film that was made in our own backyard.

Next week we’re including a rotation of pit-skills and strength into our lesson plans - always a favourite time of the term. The foam pit & ropes helps build strength; hone body shaping and explore skills safely. It’s fun, it’s challenging and it helps build confident gymnasts.
