The Sunbury Division was lucky to visit Kiddie Cove Early Learning Education Centre, where our volunteers spoke about first aid ⛑️ , bandaging techniques 🩹 , radio use, and the importance of calling triple zero in an emergency ☎️

Thank you to all the kids for their participation, we hope they enjoyed it and learnt some valuable skills!

NAIDOC Week 2024 from July the 7th to July the 14th, embraces the theme 'Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud'. This theme echoes the enduring flame of First Nations cultures, shining brightly through adversity and celebrating the richness of First Nations heritage.

Today, July 8th we celebrate International Paramedics Day and honour the essential role they perform. We acknowledge the hard work and commitment their profession entails, providing care under unpredictable environments and situations.

We would like to particularly recognise the paramedics among our St John members who volunteer their time to further support our community. The critical role you play in our healthcare system is greatly appreciated, so today we celebrate paramedics, existing and aspiring, and say; Thank You! 🚑 🫶
