For our first time at Regatta we did a fantastic job! Well done to Ella, Panda and Robert for going out of your comfort zones! We are sorry you couldn’t stay the whole time but we are very proud of you!! Well done to Rocky we are also super proud of you and we hope you enjoyed your first time rowing a boat!!! Thankyou so so much to the groups who supported us over the weekend helping with our jobs and loaning items and letting our youth join in! This is exactly what scouting is about and it was amazing to see new friendships forming along the way!

Yesterday at our Founders Day Celebration we invested three new Joeys! AND welcomed Venturer leader “Lucy” to our group. And for another special moment Our Cub leader Yoda with the help of scout Techie and Venturer Rocky invested Netty into the scout group. Yodas mum and grandmother to Techie and Rocky.
Welcome to our Summerhill family 3 new Joeys, “Lucy” and “Netty” we can wait to make many amazing memories with you!

It’s nearly Christmas time! Our Cub section are wanting to “pay it forward” this Christmas so along with their own collection of new or good condition toys and non perishable pantry food they are reaching out to our broader community! If you have anything you can donate (even wrapping paper and Christmas cards ) they will be delivering their collection to City mission on the 13th of December! Please contact our page if you have anything to donate and we can organise collection!
