⛺️ Fun times at last term’s Cub Camp! A whole adventure packed into one overnight.

The Cubs camped out in the garden of Subiaco Scout hall and enjoyed an evening of games and s’mores around the fire pit. 🔥

🌳 Next morning it was a big walk through Kings Park and up to the top of DNA Tower. Great effort by all, and thanks to our amazing leaders and parent supporters for making it happen. 🙌

Happy World Scout Day! 🌏⚜️

Today, Scouts across Western Australia join millions worldwide in celebrating the founding of the Scout Movement, which has inspired young people to lead, serve and make a positive difference for more than a century.

As we celebrate, we also extend our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated Leaders and adult volunteers whose passion, encouragement and commitment help make these opportunities possible for so many young people.

🏕️ What a fantastic camp for the Subiaco Scouts!

We headed to Dwellingup for a brilliant weekend of hiking, fun activities, and team building challenges that brought out the very best in our scouts. 🌿

It was a perfect ending to a big day, being gathered together around a warm campfire under the beautiful starry night sky. ✨🔥

The overnight vigil for ANZAC Day has begun.

As we have done for many years, the Subiaco Scout Group is proud to once again be taking part in the Subiaco-Shenton Park RSL’s ANZAC Day ceremony at the Subiaco Fallen Soldiers Memorial.

Tonight, our Joeys, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers are standing vigil at the memorial from 6:00pm (24th April) through to 7:30am (25th April), taking turns in patrols, a quiet and meaningful act of respect for those who have sacrificed so much for our country.

Tomorrow morning, we will march alongside the RSL from the Subiaco Post Office, down Rokeby Rd to the Subiaco Fallen Soldiers Memorial, followed by the ANZAC Day Commemoration service.

This is one of the most special activities in our Scouting calendar, a chance for our young people to reflect on the meaning of service, sacrifice, and remembrance.
