We recently celebrated National Volunteer Week – a moment to recognise the people at the heart of everything we do.

As an organisation powered by volunteers, we’re incredibly grateful to those who so generously give their time, care and skills to support our mission.

Thank you to Lotterywest and Volunteering WA for helping us send a little brightness to our amazing volunteers – and to every volunteer who shows up, day after day, for the West Australian community. 🌻💙

He called late. After the kids were in bed. Voice low. Carrying the weight of bills, sleepless nights, and the quiet pressure of holding it all together alone.

He didn't know who else to turn to. But we were there.

For 40 years, Lifeline WA has supported Australians through their toughest moments.

Always here. Always listening. For the calls that come late, and for those who feel they have nowhere else to turn.

This EOFY, give $40 for 40 years of Lifeline WA and help us be there for the next conversation that changes a life.

This Pride Month, we acknowledge and celebrate the diversity, strength and resilience of LGBTQIA+ people in our community.

While Pride is a time of celebration for many, it can also bring up difficult feelings for some, especially for those who may feel unsafe, unsupported or unseen.

Checking in with one another, showing kindness and creating inclusive spaces can make a meaningful difference. Everyone deserves to feel accepted and supported, not just during Pride, but every day.

If you or someone you know needs support, Lifeline WA is here to listen 24/7.

Celebrating 75 years of Vincenzo Garreffa!

Today we celebrate a remarkable milestone for a truly remarkable man. For over 30 years, Vince, together with his incredible wife Anne, has devoted his time, energy and heart to Lifeline WA, raising over $4 million dollars to support our life‑saving crisis services.

Through Mondo Community Warriors, Vince has united chefs, businesses, volunteers and friends to create events where every dollar raised goes directly to the cause, a testament to his generosity and leadership.

From grassroots gatherings to much‑loved traditions like the annual Aspinall Family Lifeline WA Brunch, his impact continues to bring people together in support of mental health across WA.

Happy 75th Vince - thank you for your passion, your community spirit, and the countless lives you’ve helped touch.
