It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas. A very cheerful group of gardeners. Not sure if it is the company, the food or the door prizes. Very likely it is the excellent rainfall this week that made our gardens blooming lovely.

Dear Gardeners,

A friendly reminder to those that have booked a place on the bus.

Our day trip is on Friday 19th... yes only two more sleeps away. We will be leaving at 8:45 sharp from Coleman Tce (near the library). 1st stop is the Hackham Nursery, then lunch at the McLaren Vale Hotel (at your own expense), then after lunch we will visit the Aldinga Eco Village (with Bruce Munday - stone walls). We will arrive back at Strath at approximately 4:30 or 5pm.

You might like to bring a box or a sturdy bag (or 3) for any purchases so they stay protected and tidy on the bus.

Friday's weather forecast is for 18deg with a high chance of showers especially in the afternoon.

Looking forward to a day out 🌼
