🚑 Did You Know? The Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (VVED) is Available 24/7! 💻📱

With the colder weather here and lots of respiratory illnesses, coughs and viruses circulating in our community, it’s helpful to know that the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department offers free online emergency care. Connecting you with experienced emergency nurses and doctors from the comfort of your home—any time of the day or night.

VVED is designed for non-life-threatening urgent health concerns and can be a great option when you’re unsure if a trip to the Emergency Department is needed, especially with little ones after hours.

✅ Available anywhere in Victoria
✅ Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
✅ Free public health service
✅ Access via phone, tablet or computer
✅ Interpreter services available

Remember: If someone is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 000 immediately.
