Barunga West, Copper Coast and Yorke Peninsula Councils are working together to review the Yorke Peninsula Region Public Health Plan.

This plan will guide how we support health and wellbeing across our communities over the next 5 years.

Public health includes everything that helps our communities stay healthy, connected and safe — from mental health and wellbeing, to preventing illness and protecting people from environmental risks.

We want to hear from you!

Your feedback will help shape the draft Public Health Plan and ensure it reflects what matters most in our communities.

🌟 Community Feedback Invited – Proposed Mural 🌟

The Stansbury Progress Association is excited to share that we’re looking to arrange a new mural for the exterior of the toilet block at the Stansbury jetty. We believe this artwork will brighten the area, enhance the visual appeal of our foreshore, and add another creative touch to our beautiful town.

We’re pleased to be working with local artist Jason Swales, whose incredible work you may have already seen on the YP Water Towers. Jason has prepared a design concept for the mural below for the community to view.

If you wish to discuss further, please feel free to pop in and see us at the Visitor Centre. We appreciate the community’s ongoing support.

Thursday Night Meals at the Stansbury Sports and Community

They’re back! 🎉

Thursday Night Meals at the Stansbury Sports and Community Club kick off again from 21 May to 25 June.

Grab a meal, try your luck in the weekly meat tray, enjoy the bar facilities, and settle into our cosy clubrooms as the weather cools down.

A great night out for locals and visitors alike. Come support the SSCC — everyone welcome!
