WOW. You did it. And then some.
We set out to raise $1.1 million for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Cars participating in the 2026 The Outback Car Trek may still be holding onto a bit of mud and dust but the trekkers are always alert and ready for the next adventure. Finishing up in early June and raising over $1.1 million, the annual event brings Australians from all corners together for a week of exploration and camaraderie. 🚗

Father and daughter duo from NSW, John and Amy Gorman love the sense of excitement the Trek brings, but resonate with the broader mission underpinning it. They know living in the city provides an advantage when it comes to primary healthcare and emergency medical assistance and want this accessibility to be possible for all Australians.

Last breakfast together for Team 9K9! 🐾

We may or may not have accidentally booked a vegetarian café… thankfully we’ve had plenty of bacon and eggs over the last week! 😆

The food was still delicious, and now the team is splitting up. Half are heading back to Devonport to catch the boat home, while the rest of us are spending a few more days exploring beautiful Tassie.

What an incredible adventure it’s been!

Well team doggies, we did it! 🐾🚗

All four cars — Big Dog, The Mutt, The Pup, and The Dog Catcher along with our support vehicle X9K9, crossed the finish line today.

Three states, one overnight trip on the boat, and an unforgettable journey through Albury, Moama, Ararat, Apollo Bay, Hobart, and Launceston.

From rain-soaked roads and stunning coastal views, including the Twelve Apostles and Port Arthur, to the rugged dirt roads of Tasmania, it’s been an incredible adventure from start to finish.

A huge thank you to everyone who waved, supported, and followed along. What a trek! 🐶❤️🇦🇺
