*Updated 2.5.2026*

Our Standard Mental Health Course is now FULL - an incredible response from the community!

Weโ€™re so grateful that this opportunity was made possible through the generous support of our partners. Thanks to this collaboration, we were able to remove barriers and make the training more accessible:

๐ŸšŒ Free transport provided thanks to Area Connect
๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Two participant places funded by The Flying Saucer
๐Ÿ’™ All remaining participant fees covered by Access2Health

This support builds on the already heavily subsidised course offered by Fingal Valley Neighbourhood House, reflecting whatโ€™s possible when community organisations come together with a shared goal.

We also sincerely thank our community for your feedback and insight, which helped spark the important conversations about how we can better support opportunities like this across Break Oโ€™Day.

We look forward to creating more initiatives like this in the future.
Thank you again to everyone involved - together, we are strengthening support, connection, and wellbeing across our region.
