We’re so excited to launch Glow Girls - a fun 6-week girls group focused on connection, creativity and confidence.

Glow Girls is designed for girls who would love a warmly facilitated, supportive space to make friends, try new things, and grow in self-belief. Through games, creative activities, and group conversations, girls are encouraged to be themselves and let their confidence shine.

💛 Girls aged 10–14
📍 Community-based small group
⏰ $150 for the 6-week program

Celebrating a fantastic Term 2 with the St Helens F2b participants. We painted, created, danced, laughed and shared many chats!
When asked what the highlights were: fondue fountain and painting nails were amongst the favourites!

Sharing one of our latest initiatives, we have created a support card that is available for our groups to distribute. Making it accessible for participants to share their ideas, compliments or concerns more easily.

Acknowledging and celebrating our wonderful young people who designed our Free2fly logo for the St Helens group. We have recently had this turned into a notebook to gift participants plus a bookmark featuring the beautiful quote by one our our young people.
