We are Professional Individualised Care [PIC], an out-of-home care provider (amongst many other things) committed to hiring qualified professionals with experience and training in trauma-informed care and attuned connection. By carefully matching trained professionals to the young people in care, PIC is able to achieve a higher standard of care to vulnerable children who have experienced trauma, a

buse, or neglect. Our Professional Therapeutic Carers (PTC’s) have the knowledge and skills to recognise the impact of trauma on a child's development and provide the care needed to help them to heal and to grow. PIC's focus on individuals who have proven sector experience, understand trauma-informed care and the power of attuned connection is a key component in our relational and connection based approach to out-of-home care. We are excited to share the positive impact that PIC has on the lives of young people and we invite you to join us in supporting our mission to create effective change in the lives of vulnerable young people.
