We meet the needs of our local communities and the world. Lions International consists of over 1.3 million men and women in 205 countries.

Lions Australia is part of the international association and is made up of members who are joined by the common desire to make their communities better, by using their creativity, enthusiasm and knowledge. We are involved in vision and health screenings, building parks, supporting eye hospitals and medical research, scholarships, youth development, providing help in time of disaster and much more.

Lions Clubs International is the largest and most active community service organisation in the world, consisting of more than 1.3 million men and women in 46,000 clubs spread over 200 countries. Clubs are easily identified by their distinctive two headed Lion Logo, which is the trademark of Lions International, and also by our motto ‘We Serve’. As a Lions club member, you will join a local group of service-minded men and women who are doing local volunteer work to support your community - right now. You will also become a member of Lions Clubs International, a respected international organization, a leader in your local community and a friend to people in need.
