So true!

💲Who Gets Paid At MRQ Whitsunday? Nobody! 👌

Here's something many people don't realise... absolutely EVERYONE at MRQ Whitsunday is an unpaid volunteer.

And we do mean everyone. The crew, the skippers who drive the boats, the voice on the radio, right up to our Unit Commander. Even our emergency phone holders who have to drag themselves awake when the phone rings at 3am! 😴

We do it simply because we love helping our community. We're always happy to come out when you need us...just keep in mind that the crew heading your way may have left a comfy bed, a family BBQ or an exciting football game to come and help.

So before you head out, make sure your boat is ready for the day. And if you do get into trouble, don't hesitate to call...that's what we're here for.
