One year ago, we gathered for our Leaders of Positive Change Luncheon under the theme “Bridging Generations: Strengthening Families, Supporting Change.” The event brought together community leaders, organisations, and community members to reflect on men’s mental health, family wellbeing, and the role we all play in creating safer, stronger communities.
One year later, these conversations remain just as important. Men’s mental health is not only an individual issue. It is connected to family wellbeing, positive role models, intergenerational change, and the support systems we build around each other.
This Men’s Health Week, we are reflecting on the messages shared at last year’s luncheon and reminding our community that change starts with open conversations, connection, and support.
